About

An elite martial arts coach and former professional competitor with over 20 years of experience training and competing at the highest levels of combat sports. Having developed his skills at two of the world’s most prestigious fight academies, Chute Boxe and Nova União, Mário was recognised in 2008 as one of the breakout prospects of the legendary Chute Boxe team.

With extensive experience as a sparring partner for UFC World Champions, he combines elite-level technical expertise with a passion for coaching athletes and everyday clients alike. His coaching philosophy focuses on translating world-class martial arts into safe, motivating, and accessible training for practitioners of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to experienced competitors.
